Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and mobile number.
• Delivery details: the addresses you save or enter at checkout.
• Order history and the contents of your cart and wishlist.
• Technical data such as your device type, browser and approximate location, used to keep the service secure and working.

What we never store

We do not store card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials. Card payments are handled entirely on the payment provider's secure page. One-time passcodes are stored only as a hash and are deleted once used or expired.

How we use your information

To process and deliver your orders, to provide customer support, to prevent fraud and abuse, and — only if you opt in — to send you news and offers.

Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to fulfil your order: our payment providers, our delivery partners, and our email and SMS providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can update your details, change your language preference and turn marketing emails off from My account. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, contact us at support@tsamym.com.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to sign you in, keep your cart, and remember your language. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
